A well-established non-profit healthcare organization is seeking dedicated
Internal Medicine and Family Practice Physicians to deliver exceptional primary care services in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive clinical services while also serving as teaching faculty for residency programs in Internal Medicine and Preventative Medicine. Duties encompass examining patients, gathering medical histories, and managing both acute and chronic health conditions. Physicians will be responsible for ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, as well as developing treatment plans that actively involve patients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating appropriate referrals to specialists.
  • Collaborating with management and fellow healthcare professionals to enhance care delivery and service quality.
  • Working with care teams to address care gaps and elevate quality metrics.
  • Participating in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with billing and coding standards in collaboration with practice management.
  • Providing on-call coverage within the primary care group.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary with performance-based incentives tied to productivity and quality metrics. Physicians will also be eligible for bonus awards based on participation in quality improvement and utilization programs from various insurers. Generous paid time off is provided, including vacation, holidays, sick leave, and continuing medical education (CME) time. Comprehensive benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage (including orthodontics), a 401k plan with employer matching, and a CME allowance.
