Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory of chemicals, supplies, and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
  • Familiarize yourself with cleaning schedules of residents' apartments and common areas to ensure completion of housekeeping tasks.
  • Perform housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
  • Ensure that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitor their completion.
