Assembly Worker Job Description

Trillium Staffing is seeking skilled Assembly Workers for a Contract to Hire position. The ideal candidate will have experience in taking apart and rebuilding machinery for refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand blueprints and schematics to perform assembly tasks
  • Have a general understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems
  • Perform general welding tasks as needed
  • Use a variety of hand tools, including hammers and wrenches
  • Be willing to assist in other departments as needed
