Plant Quality Label Room Inspector I

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Label Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PAI Holdings LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming labeling components and managing labeling operations and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample and inspect incoming labeling components using an electronic inspection system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Coordinate the inspection of labeling components with other PAI departments to support packaging operations.
- Stage labeling items according to the packaging schedule for all buildings.
- Count incoming labeling materials according to an AQL Sampling Plan to determine accuracy of the vendor count.
- Disposition components in accordance with specifications and procedures, performing the necessary computer transactions.
- Maintain working areas in a clean and orderly state, ensuring products are stored and segregated, and clearly labeled.
- Perform inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies to the Manager.
- Develop a working knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and FDA regulations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work on first shift, as well as overtime when required. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with sampling and inspecting. Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Equipment and Machines:
Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to operate a hand truck, label counter, barcode scanner, scale/balance, and scientific calculator. Occasional use of a fork lift may be required.

Gowning requirements while on the floor.
