**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to assess damage and develop restoration plans.
  • Estimate costs and develop project budgets.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Xactimate and DASH experience a plus.
  • IICRC qualifications a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
