About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Planner to join our team at Enthusiast Auto Holdings. As a Marketing Planner, you will play a key role in developing and executing a proactive marketing and promotional calendar that drives sales and margin targets for our banners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing calendar across assigned banners, including major promotions and seasonal themes.
  • Work closely with leadership teams across banner companies to understand their current marketing cadence and align with cross-banner vendor promotions.
  • Forecast demand from marketing activities to provide guidance to sourcing and purchasing teams on upcoming inventory buys.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute website, digital, and social marketing initiatives.
  • Manage project tickets for design projects, prioritize and track deadlines, and communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Work with Sourcing and Product teams to manage vendor outreach as needed for promotional support.
  • Leverage business intelligence and site analytics to identify opportunities to grow our businesses.
  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans for new products and campaigns based on individual requirements.
  • Develop contingency plans to drive growth if targets are not met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to review metrics and identify root causes.
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, merchandising, statistics, management, communications, or other related fields.
What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing plans are established up to 6 months in advance, fine-tuned at least one month in advance, and clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Demand revenue and GM% meet or exceed budget targets on assigned banners.
  • Regular communication with leadership at assigned banners to ensure they are up to speed on results and actions taken to drive growth.
  • Strong working relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Fulfillment, Sourcing, Product, and Marketing teams.
