Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the work activities of professional and technical staff, providing direction and motivation to assigned personnel.
  • Quality Improvement: Monitor and evaluate systems and processes, initiating changes and improvements to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Patient Care: Ensure the safety of patients during all procedures and safety standards are adhered to, monitoring the quality of patient care and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with administration, medical staff, employees, and other departments to coordinate efforts, meet special needs, and address problems or concerns.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish quality improvement, fiscal productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives in conjunction with upper management.
Requirements
  • FL RN License
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications
  • Minimum Two (2) years' experience in an acute care setting
