About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and develop individualized care plans for patients
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate patient mobility and strength
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote patient independence
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety
  • Accurately document patient care management and services provided
Requirements
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
