Boiler Mechanic Specialist

About the Job: The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Tasks: Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, improve processes, and enhance overall productivity.
• Safety: Adhere to company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading equipment instruction manuals, aligning equipment to specified tolerances, and machine shop knowledge.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Salary Range: $26.93 to $38.73 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
