Key Responsibilities:
Managers oversee shifts weekly, ensuring that customers receive a quick, precise, and friendly experience with every visit.
Some managers are also responsible for specific departments.

Responsibilities of the Guest Service Department Manager:
Ensuring that Crew and Managers provide an outstanding customer experience.
Guaranteeing effective execution of sales promotions.
Training all service personnel in service protocols.
Organizing the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

Responsibilities of the Kitchen Department Manager:
Ensuring the restaurant serves high-quality food to customers promptly.
Upholding food safety standards.
Managing food costs effectively.
Training all kitchen staff in production processes.

Responsibilities of the People Department Manager:
Recruiting qualified crew members and training them efficiently.
Scheduling staff to align with restaurant sales and profit objectives.
Ensuring Crew members are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.
Previous management experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
