Position Overview- Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist

The role involves preparing the surgical environment by ensuring all essential equipment, supplies, and instruments are ready and functioning properly. You will support the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and other necessary items during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and adjust instruments and equipment as required.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room by adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Assist in transporting patients to and from the operating room and position them appropriately on the operating table.
- Help with the preparation and application of sterile dressings and bandages.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records of supplies and equipment utilized.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment post-surgery.
