About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you will provide standards, services, and guidance on IT-related training programs that enable government agency personnel to use information technologies and systems more productively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Maintain policy and standards for training throughout the development process.
  • Ensure training content is accurate based on outside feedback and monitor training changes and updates for dissemination and implementation.
  • Analyze existing training materials and make recommendations to update training processes to satisfy customer objectives.
  • Coordinate training activities according to training program and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Information Technology OR IT certifications (MS-MCT, CompTIA CTT+, Agile, etc.).
  • 5 + years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
