Position Overview
We are looking for passionate Bartenders who contribute to creating an exceptional beverage experience. You will be stationed in various areas, including:
The Waterfront Restaurant: A casual dining space perfect for families and live music enthusiasts.
Bar West: An upscale piano bar featuring handcrafted cocktails and small plates in a sophisticated lounge setting.
Banquet Events: Catering to a variety of events, from casual cocktail hours to formal celebrations.
Bartenders are responsible for delivering memorable service experiences, quickly addressing guest beverage requests, and showcasing their expertise in mixology. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and providing attentive service.
- Possessing knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and spirits.
- Ensuring the bar is well-stocked and organized.
- Preparing drinks according to standard recipes and practicing portion control.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and fulfilling special requests.
- Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the guest experience.
- Securing all beverages and cash at the end of the shift.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills.
- Being able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Work Environment
The work environment includes controlled indoor temperatures, with potential exposure to high humidity and varying noise levels. Safety is paramount, and non-slip shoes are required due to the nature of the flooring.
