Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on sales promotions and events
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising displays
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers
