Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at NEXDINE Hospitality. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, colleagues, and guests, ensuring a best-in-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a spirit of hospitality in all interactions with residents, colleagues, and guests.
  • Lead the service of food and beverages, preparing and serving specialty diets and dishes as required.
  • Engage with residents to obtain desired orders, articulating daily menu offerings and explaining preparation methods.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction with all aspects of service, communicating with direct supervisors on any customer service issues.
  • Check residents' diets, likes, and dislikes to ensure requirements are met.
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of meal periods, stocking service areas with supplies as needed.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, tidying service stations, and clearing tables.
  • May wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment.
  • May support culinary staff at various stations as directed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, being attentive, approachable, and greeting and thanking customers.
Work Environment:

The Guest Experience Ambassador operates in a kitchen environment, exposed to heat, steam, fire, and noise. The team member may be required to stand for long periods, sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push, pull, and lift items weighing 40 pounds or less.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service
  • Previous customer service experience
