Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catheterization lab procedures and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team
  • Assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs
  • Function under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure
  • Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines
Requirements
  • Current License in good standing
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
  • Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
