Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse** to join our esteemed organization, JM Chandler Dream Builders. This full-time role is designed for compassionate professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively to manage and implement patient care plans.
  • Support patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
  • Ensure timely completion of charting and documentation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology, including tablets and EMR software.
  • Self-manage your schedule and time efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice care.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Prior communication with a Relode Recruiter regarding this position is required.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • No prior applications or employment with us in the last 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
  • RN License number should be provided upon application.
Work Schedule

This position typically requires availability from **Monday to Thursday, 5 PM to 8 AM**, with flexibility for alternate shifts.
