Dental Office LPN Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our dental office team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the delivery of quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
- Provide nursing and administrative support to clinicians and other healthcare team members, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Perform clinical tasks and procedures under the direction of a clinician, utilizing your nursing knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care.
- Assist with patient preparation, rooming-in, and post-visit procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Document patient data and outcomes in electronic medical records, utilizing standardized procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans of care, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire or Compact License: Practical Nurse within 6 months of hire.
- Practical Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Demonstrated clinical nursing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Two (2+) years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting, preferably in the assigned department's clinical area.
- IV therapy experience or recent certification.
- Familiarity with documenting in an electronic medical record system.
