**Additional Details:**

* Accounting Documents such as I9, Drivers License/State ID, E-Verify are required
* Negative TB or Chest X-Ray results must be submitted

**Certification Details:**

* ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification is required
* BLS - Basic Life Support Certification is required
* PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification is required
* NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure Certification is required
* State License 1 Verification is required
