About the Role

Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. is seeking a Claims Analyst to join our team. As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for managing property and casualty claims and litigation files, assisting in product development, and providing underwriting support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide account review, advice, and assistance with manuscript forms to underwriting staff
  • Provide file supervision, coverage analysis, and guidance on property and casualty claims files
  • Control and manage property and casualty litigation files
  • Conduct product development, including legal and form research, and policy language development
  • Assist and support Field Claims associates to claims file conclusion
  • Support achievement of departmental goals and initiatives
  • Communicate claims trends to the CSU Underwriting team
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and reasoning skills with the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to sustain effective working relationships with associates, policyholders, claimants, and agents
  • The ability to identify and analyze key critical issues and provide solutions for successful outcomes
  • The ability to accomplish goals with moderate supervision
  • The ability to analyze coverage
What We Offer

Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
