Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical exams and diagnose and treat substance use disorders and mental health conditions
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Eligibility for State Controlled Substance License II through V and Federal DEA Certificate II through V
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Competitive salary range: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
