As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Meet customer needs through solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches, creating positive impressions with customers by bringing the best self to work through elevated, sophisticated, and appropriate business attire consistent with Coach's guide to style.
  • Workplace and Environment: Create enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission, fostering an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
  • Operations: Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards, cash wrap, and visual merchandising, adhering to all retail policies and procedures, and processing shipments as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, and ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and at times lift and carry product/cartons up to fifty pounds.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business during peak periods.
