About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Materials Developer to join our team in Beaverton, OR. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of materials science and be able to develop innovative material solutions that meet business and consumer needs.

This role involves working collaboratively with vendors, product creation, and other functions to establish material needs, research and execute new strategic material creation, and ensure product excellence for both consumers and athletes.

Payscale: $28-$36/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement material strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence through materials.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform material selection and development decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
