Job Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Service Technician with commercial roofing experience to join our Installation and Service Department.

This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality service repairs and installations that meet customer expectations.

Candidates will work closely with our production department to ensure timely project completion and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair various types of commercial roofs, including EPDM, TPO, Modified-Bitumen, PVC, Metal Roofs, Shingles, and Natural Stone.
  • Travel within our designated service area as assigned by the production department.
  • Maintain strong problem-solving abilities to address installation or repair issues.
  • Develop effective communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and text.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and various apps, as well as using an iPad.
  • Hold a valid driver's license in good standing and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of commercial roofing experience.
  • Ability to lift 60+ pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in steep/high environments.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
