About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Private Equity Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple fund relationships, including scheduling and meeting all client deliverables. You will also maintain and coordinate deliverables timelines with staff, while ensuring proper application of accounting principles to complex transactions and financial reporting for private equity fund clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in accounting, focusing on alternative investments funds, specifically private equity. A CPA designation and 5+ years of supervising professional staff are highly desirable.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading financial services and healthcare technology company, providing expertise, scale, and technology to more than 20,000 financial services and healthcare organizations worldwide.

The estimated salary for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000 per year in New York, and $125,000 and $190,000 per year in California. Additionally, you will receive an excellent compensation package, including health, dental, and 401(k) plan benefits.
