Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Developer to join our team in Technology, specifically Retail Risk Specialty Applications.

This role will be part of a team that works on universal change risk assessments within enterprise risk technology.

The successful candidate will be working on an application that manages risk oversight and accountability for the company's retail business lines, covering individual customers and clients within deposit, home mortgage, wealth management, and related products and services.

The organization supported is responsible for working with the lines of business to identify and manage all forms of risk across the platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and test software applications using.NET and C#.
  • Collaborate with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the applications by providing suggestions and opinions.
  • Achieve subject matter expertise quickly on new applications.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of.NET and C# development experience within an Agile delivery framework.
  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming.
  • Experience with Microservices and container experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server Design, Query, and tuning.
  • Experience in NodeJS and Typescript.
  • Knowledge in Angular.
  • Knowledge of repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket, NPM, etc. for source code and dependency management.
  • Sharp communication and collaboration skills, comfortable leading discussions with the team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
  • Financial services experience, preferably Bank of America.
  • Entity Framework Object Relational Mapping (ORM) experience.
  • Experience with OpenShift.
  • Ability to identify and raise potential risks to the team.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Knowledge of risk (credit, operational, and market).
  • Experience with Unix and Shell Scripting.
