Job DescriptionAt Universal Helios Grand Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Bell Person to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages to and from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, room types, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Assist guests with their needs, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 150 pounds.
