We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Exton, Pennsylvania. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients who are ill, injured, or disabled to help them regain independence and quality of life.

Job Description:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing medical histories and developing treatment plans for patients
  • Implementing speech therapy treatment plans to help patients regain speech and communication skills
  • Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license
