Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Midwest Dental. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence in oral health.

• Deliver high-quality patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients
• Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
• Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
• Screen patients for periodontal health and educate them on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Perform oral cancer screenings and screen for individual needs, including malocclusion
• Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities

• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome)
• A current CPR certification

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40-$45 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
