About the Role

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Neonatologist at Pediatrix, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of clinicians who are passionate about providing exceptional care to women, babies, and children.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to neonates in our state-of-the-art Level-III NICU
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Contribute to the education and training of neonatal nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care through ongoing education and research
Requirements
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatology
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
