We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor/Overnight Agent to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our hotel's financial transactions, guest services, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Perform daily audits of front office and outlet transactions, reviewing room and tax postings for accuracy and correcting any errors in a timely manner.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, handling check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, and PBX operations with a focus on prompt, warm, and professional interactions.
  • System Maintenance: Complete daily backups of the front office computer system and night audit program, as well as perform system rebuilds and maintenance as needed.
  • Accounting and Credit Policies: Understand and adhere to management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a high work ethic and self-initiative, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team that provides exceptional guest experiences.
