Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Courier/Swing Driver to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering packages and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver packages and provide courteous service to customers
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
  • Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
  • Perform related customer service functions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months of courier experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance
  • Good human relations and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred
Working Conditions
  • Neat appearance required for customer contact
  • Must meet and maintain qualifications as outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations
  • Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
Preferred Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with no gaps, suspensions, or interruptions
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $24.57-$37.40
