About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at BlueWave Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales-oriented advice to prospective students primarily over the phone or in personal exchanges, convincing them to study at our university.
  • Actively approach prospective students (warm leads) and guide them to sign a study contract.
  • Represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days on site, serving as the first point of contact and face of the university.
  • Work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other department teams.
Requirements
  • A commercial education or a completed degree, preferably in human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.
  • Sociable, communicative, and enthusiastic about primarily working over the phone.
  • Comfortable with numbers and working with KPIs.
  • Excellent German language skills and proficiency in using common MS Office programs.
