You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized product recommendations align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals
Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure task and project deliverables are complete
Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data
Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance

Requirements:
5 years of experience in an ecommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
Ability to define/document processes, execute against processes, and suggest process changes for continuous improvement
