Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Foreman Directional Drill Bore to join our team at Trawick Construction Company, LLC. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for safely operating directional drills on jobsites and restoring and/or landscaping disturbed areas.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Operate directional drills on jobsites, ensuring safe and efficient completion of projects.
- Restore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate job skills, procedures, and techniques to crew members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Set up and clean up sites, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
">- 5+ years of experience in directional drilling operations, preferably in the communications industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of directional drilling equipment and processes.
- Valid Driver's license required, Class A CDL preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting critical deadlines while maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
- Highly organized, with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to accurately measure distance using tapes or other measuring devices.
Benefits:
">- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
