Swim Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at SwimLabs Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels, while upholding the SwimLabs Swim School teaching certification and curriculum.

• Teach swimming skills to students in a fun and positive manner, using the SwimLabs curriculum.
• Provide continuous feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
• Structure class time to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Ensure swimmer safety at all times.
• Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times.
• Communicate with the Front Desk Team to ensure proper class organization.
• Provide customers with monthly feedback on swimmers during Splash 'N Tell week.
• Maintain proper uniform standards as outlined in the employee handbook.

• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED certification.
• Paid training in the SwimLabs curriculum.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in weight.
