Position Overview
This facility operates on a 24/7 schedule, requiring flexibility for rotating shifts.
Responsibilities include all aspects of batch processing and packaging, which entails material charging, product sampling, and DCS processing control.
Reactor Operators will execute all necessary SAP functions promptly.
Operators are expected to uphold all required SOPs, complete regulatory training, and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
Efforts should be made to minimize hazardous waste, off-spec materials, and unnecessary expenses.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of polyester batch processing;
Familiarity with DCS systems; SAP proficiency;
Understanding of hazardous waste regulations
Experience with inventory management, DOT & IATA regulations, and ISO standards;
Strong laboratory skills (precise preparation and testing of samples, thorough and accurate data recording, organized work habits)
