Job Overview
As a Customer Service Coordinator at Explore Industries, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes managing customer orders, supporting inside sales, and maintaining seamless communication with our dealer base.

Main Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules based on production lead times
- Act as a liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm payments prior to order delivery
- Manage existing inventory for consignment or stock customers by integrating units into construction schedules
- Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status, scheduling, and product information

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, or marketing
- 1+ year of experience building relationships with customers and dealers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
