Key Responsibilities- Internal Audit Leadership (70%)
Oversee the planning and execution of internal audits, including financial, compliance, operational, and retail audits. This involves assessing risks, evaluating processes, and ensuring effective controls are in place. The Senior Manager will also track the resolution of issues identified during audits and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Enterprise Risk Management (15%)
Support the facilitation and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management program. This includes developing tools and practices to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational strategies.
- Team Development (15%)
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Assist in setting departmental goals and enhancing the team's capabilities in data analytics and visualization.
Essential:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit or related fields. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in audit software and data visualization tools is required.
Preferred:
Experience in the retail sector is advantageous. Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE are highly regarded.
