We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Field Medical Staff member in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Field Medical Staff member, you will provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs, and work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
- Participate in investigations into incidents, ensuring they are reported accurately
- Train and supervise nursing staff
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Eligibility for healthcare coverage and other benefits
