Resident Assistant II

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant II to join our team at The Ackerly at Sherwood. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance
  • Provide orientation and support to new residents and staff members
  • Act as shift lead as established by community standard
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience as a caregiver
  • Completed or enrolled in specific medication training required by state statute
  • CNA or Home Health Aide preferred
