Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and strong leadership skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
