Clean and Maintain a Safe Environment

As a Dishroom Attendant at Bowlero, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishroom and surrounding areas. This includes cleaning all equipment, such as grills, ovens, ranges, and griddles, as well as various prep surfaces. You will also operate the automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed, and ensure that all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area. Additionally, you will restock all bottled beverages in the bar cooler and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
