Recovery Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Chicago, a residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate and support clients through their recovery process
  • Provide support and intervention consistent with the client's treatment plan
  • Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others in the milieu and the team
  • Assist with food preparation and setup, model and supervise client meals and snacks
  • Participate in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations
  • Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of post-high school education; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting
  • Valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and ability to work as a team member
