  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.
  • Greet members and guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
  • Process membership IDs, answer phones, and update member accounts efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area, ensuring a seamless transition for all users.
  • Ability to work opening shifts, embracing the early morning energy and enthusiasm of our community.

  • Able to provide reliable, professional, and energetic support to our members and guests.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
