Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing patient conditions and determining the urgency of care needed.

- Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Telehealth Nursing Role:
The Telehealth Staff Nurse is responsible for providing remote nursing support around the clock. This position involves:
- Utilizing telecommunications technology to assess and guide patients in various specialties.
- Implementing evidence-based protocols to determine appropriate care levels.
- Managing medication refill requests and liaising with pharmacies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.

- Experience in an ambulatory care environment within the last three years.
- Familiarity with EPIC Inbasket for patient communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
