We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting
* Implement and monitor patient care plans
* Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
**Requirements**
* BLS Provider certification required
* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing required
* Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
