About the Role:

  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to maintain established standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in long-term care.

Requirements:
