Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Railroad Switchman to join our team at ITS Technology and Logistics, LLC. As a key member of our global supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor switch points to ensure proper alignment and track condition
• Couple and uncouple air hoses between railcars and replace broken connectors
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of rail experience desired
• Switching or conductor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and climb ladders and stairs
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
