Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Robbins Property Associates LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tours with prospects and answer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Enter maintenance work orders and reply to email leads in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare leases and assist with the day-to-day operation of the property
  • Assist with tenant screening and processing of credit checks
  • Assist residents with maintenance requests and handle telephone calls and on-site traffic
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including preparation of flyers and newsletters
  • Assist the Manager in all aspects of property management
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • One year's experience in leasing, marketing, and/or related sales experience a plus
  • OneSite experience preferred
  • Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience preferred
